Established in 1981, Gain City started out with a simple quest of improving lifestyles and a focused vision to be Singapore’s trusted air conditioner retailer.
Today, renowned as Singapore’s largest air conditioner retailer, the brand is synonymous with excellent air conditioning installation and maintenance service provider, as well as the preferred go-to one-stop retailer for consumer electronics.
Our Work
We worked with Gain City Facebook page to spread awareness and engage their customers over a series of different events such as Gain City Expo, IT Expo and reopening of Changi City Point Showroom. Gain City opened their new outlet at Alexandra Central in April 2015 and we crafted a campaign to spread the word of their new outlet and opening promotions.
Our Results
We achieved a 13.6% increase in new fans with 94.3% increase in daily engagement after just 1 month into working with Gain City. We had also conceptualised Ms GC & Friends for Social Media engagement, Facebook Puzzle Campaign for opening of Gain City Alexandra Central Outlet and covered key events such as Gain City Expo, IT Expo and reopening of Changi City Point Showroom.
